  “The pizza's absolutely brilliant ! The team really take pride in what they do - and they've just brought on a new girl recently, she's proper lovely and really flexible to deal with. I've been coming here for years now and the quality's never changed a bit! Just so you know though, there aren't any tables or chairs if you were thinking of staying to eat in 😊”

  “I recently moved to West Bromwich and visited this pizza shop due to its proximity. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The staff member who served us was notably rude, appeared rushed, and showed little interest in listening to our order properly. When we requested a specific sauce, we were told there would be an additional charge—which was perfectly acceptable, as we never expected anything complimentary. However, the manner in which this was communicated lacked basic courtesy and professionalism. The overall attitude was dismissive and unwelcoming, making us feel undervalued as customers. Even while attending to us, the staff seemed distracted and disengaged. I would strongly urge the owner to train their staff in customer service. Respectful interaction matters far more than minor charges—customers are always willing to pay a little extra when treated with dignity. Unfortunately, due to this experience, we will not be returning, despite the shop being just a five-minute walk away.”

  “I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience here was disappointing. The pizza was poorly made – the crust was soggy, the toppings didn’t taste fresh, On top of that, the customer service was shockingly rude. Waste of money and time 👎🏻”

  “I am an old customer of this shop but this time they too much overcooked it it was completely tasteless. Wasn’t expecting the service very disappointed. I just wasted my time and money on it not recommended thank you”

  “Easily accessible branch of No.1 Pizza. Parking is available nearby. I have ordered the same pizza twice but it was better the first time. It was simply amazing the first time and £5. Staff are fairly attentive and accommodating.”

  “I've been getting Pizza from here for around 15 years, and in my opinion, it's the best Pizza in West Bromwich. The only iffy thing about this place is that they give you mixed answers over whether their chicken is halal, but my go-to Pizzas are the vegetarian, and the red chilli pepperoni, so I'm not really affected. Their stuffed crust is brilliant. They are also great value for money, especially on collection.”

  “Whenever I don't feel like cooking this my go to. The pizza is awesome! It is a bit greasy although if you're having pizza you're not eating it because you wanna be healthy let's be real! I recommend margherita and the veggie pizza.”

  “Terrible food, I would not eat here again. The food came, I was quite excited but when I tried it, the flavour was absolutely abhorrent, it made me wish I was dead, or that I was in some kind of sick and convoluted dream. It is absolutely unacceptable aliment and a consummate waste of time to even consider eating from here. I am thoroughly revolted and I have no respect at all for this restaurant. You are plenary cretins if you believe that this restaurant is even decent, if anyone disaccords with my opinion you can go to hell. Also, don't order from this restaurant because it gave me crippling sclerosis.”
