“Ridiculously overpriced. No clear pricing either until they just ask for the money at the end. I imagine it varies by customer! And no, you don’t get high quality service. As a basic they need to listen to what the customer wants but that wasn’t the case for us. My child doesn’t like his hair too short. We showed them how much to take, spoke to them, they nodded and next thing child’s hair is so short, almost shaved off! Looks like we have done it ourselves at home. Very unprofessional. Hugely disappointing.”
