  “Thank you for the wonderful food and for taking such great care with my son’s meal choices, as he has peanut and wheat allergies. We really appreciate how attentive and caring the staff were. My children and the whole family enjoyed a wonderful and delicious meal today. Everything was savoury, tasty and beautifully prepared.   “We visited Giggling Squid in Tunbridge Wells last night to celebrate our wedding anniversary with my wife and family, and it was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful or attentive. Our son has a peanut allergy, and they went above and beyond to cater to his needs, making us feel completely reassured and able to relax and enjoy the evening. The whole experience was wonderful, and the food was simply unbelievable – every dish was full of flavour and beautifully presented. The service, care, and attention to detail really made our special occasion even more memorable. I couldn’t recommend Giggling Squid highly enough. A true five-star experience, and we’ll definitely be returning!”

  “I recently ordered a takeaway from Giggling Squid, and unfortunately the food quality seems to have declined compared to what it used to be. In the past, their curries had a much more authentic Thai flavour, with traditional ingredients and well-balanced recipes. This time, however, the curries were filled with lots of small green vegetables and other ingredients that didn’t seem typical of the dishes I’ve previously had there. The result was a very different taste and texture, and not in a good way. The starters were still very good and clearly well prepared, so credit where it’s due there. However, the main dishes were disappointing enough that it has put me off ordering again for the time being. If the menu and recipes returned to the quality and style they had before, I’d happily give it another try, but based on this experience I’m not sure I’ll be ordering again.”

  “Try to book table for my partner because of his birthday dinner but all tables booked. Don’t like to disappoint him so call to customer service for help and you know what they tried to arrange a table for us in short time window. OMG they saved mu as life. We always love Giggling Squad and always try their food wherever we are. Best service, great and delicious food. Atmosphere always on top and perfect location as well. Highly recommend and really appreciate for helping me out.”

  “Incredible as always! Never fails to impress us. Tried the salt and pepper squid for the first time and highly recommend - speechless! The squid melted like butter in your mouth ❤️ great value for money based on the quality and quantity of food. Also excellent wine, highly recommend the Monsoon Valley from Thailand. Enjoy :)”

  “Giggling Squid Review Giggling Squid offers a mixed Thai dining experience. The staff and service are amazing, friendly, attentive, and efficient, making us feel welcome. The atmosphere is lively and good, perfect for a casual night out. However, the food was disappointing, lacking the bold flavours expected from Thai cuisine. Some dishes were inconsistent and underwhelming. Overall, 3 stars for great service and vibe.”

  “There were other customers at the door telling us not to go in because there is no sticky rice or beef. We did get a beef dish but no sticky rice. The supply was not done well. However the service was not bad and the food was delicious as usual.”

  “Giggling Squid's food was delicious! If I lived closer, I'd eat there again. Food was very well presented as well. The mussels starter was my favourite. The atmosphere was really great. It felt warm and welcoming. The lighting was bright and the decorations were festive. The only letdown was how they handled our large group order, although I understand how tricky it is to deal with big parties. We had a group of 14 and we ordered in advance. Even so, one of the festive starters was no longer available, but no one bothered to tell us until we questioned why it never arrived. They did offer us an alternative after we flagged the issue, and the service other than this was brilliant. The staff were helpful and accommodating.”
