“Visited as part of a stag party. Took the tour with Simon. His knowledge and enthusiasm for the beers and brewing was excellent and we all enjoyed the tasting. Food was great with an extensive specials menu. The weather was lovely so we made the most of the outside beer garden in the Cornish sun. A stunning spot! “For anyone looking for a delicious meal in a relaxed environment, good value for money and great service too. We had the carvery on Sunday which was amazing, great choice of veg and succulent meat. Today we went back for the fish night and we're not disappointed, the choice was massive, a huge range on the fish night options, most around £13-15 where they brought out your main and you helped yourself to chips, bread and butter, mushy peas, curry sauce, gherkins etc The bread was freshly made and superb too. We left absolutely stuffed and very happy. Great menu options, good value and genuinely nice people running it. We can't fault it, highly recommend and can't wait to come again when we're visiting the area next!”
