  “The staff weren’t friendly🥲, and while my sandwich was being made, I noticed a hair in the food. Instead of remaking it, he simply picked the hair out and continued making my sandwich. I still ate it and it tasted good but It did gross me out and i havent been since🥹😂”

  “Late night service so I won't expect the best, but yeah food was good, requests were met, polite but not talkative, didn't wait long for food although wasn't acknowledged for a while due to previous order, but then delivery drive was spoken to before myself despite me waiting longer than him, Said thank you good bye twice and was ignored so much room for improvement in terms of customer service, but if you want a quick snack without the human experience no complaints atal!”

  “27.7.26. 9.25pm I visited the subway the server guy not respect to the customer of me. It was a worst experience. The person treats me very rude. I never visit again the branch. Worst.”

  “I've just got my food, the person who made my jacket potato put one tablespoon of baked beans on one big dry potato. None of the other toppings requested was put on there apart from the roast chicken.”

  “Extremely disappointed with my experience at this Subway branch. I discovered a hair inside my sandwich, which was obviously very unpleasant and immediately put me off my food. What made the situation even worse was how it was handled afterwards. When I raised the issue in store, the owner was dismissive and became frustrated that I had reported the incident rather than simply offering me an replacement. As a customer, I found this response unprofessional and inappropriate. I then contacted Subway online and was asked to provide details about my order. I supplied everything requested, including the order number, date, time, and details of the items ordered, and even offered to provide photographic evidence. Despite this, I never received any follow-up or resolution. Over a year later, I am still waiting for a response. Finding a hair in food is bad enough, but the complete lack of customer service and failure to address a serious hygiene complaint has seriously damaged my trust in this branch and the brand as a whole. I hope this review encourages management to take food hygiene concerns and customer complaints more seriously in future.”

  “I came in today and got Italian TLT it was delicious I was attended by I believe she was from Nigeria lady she was the sweetest lady really good customer service I will come here again because of her excellent service and welcoming”

  “Bad workers not able to order certain subways that are good for the money but can be ordered online which does not make any sense. Not able to get the baller sub in the store but can be ordered online.”
