“Delightful little sandwich bar with interior and exterior seating. They do a great bacon butty, nice big mugs of coffee and tasty cakes, including an orange tart that is both gluten and dairy free. Great place to people watch in the marketplace. Fronted by the most affable SA/Zim proprietor, hence the great atmosphere.”

“Have visited Plenty a number of times over the years when driving all the way out to Thirsk and haven't been disappointed, Toasties and Sandwiches have always lived up to their name and have had plenty of filling and always at a reasonable price. Last couple of visits there have been changes. Sadly today's visit saw those changes continue and not for the better. The fillings have become almost half of what they used to be, no longer Plenty by name , Plenty by nature. Remembering when a Toastie from Plenty had a considerable filling and was a good lunchtime treat at a very reasonable price sadly now a distant memory, the filling was not substantial enough along with the increased prices now making it no longer value for money or the substantial lunchtime treat it once was. To be fair the staff were young, friendly and polite and obviously doing what they have been taught to do. Staff 8/10 Fayre 5/10 Value 3/10 Great location in the centre of Thirsk !”
