Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often single out the service, especially one waitress several describe as lovely, friendly and attentive. Walk-in families were seated on busy evenings without a booking, and one waitress made sure the children were fed first. Among dishes, one couple names a pizza and a calzone as the most delicious they have had at the chain, and another reviewer praises a food and drink menu with something for everyone in a party of six. Several like the refurbished look and describe a great atmosphere for families. The main complaint is cost. One reviewer calls the menu high, citing a burger that comes without chips, and another says it is a bit overpriced. Two reviewers say the app offers help, including a significant discount. One party of six found their booked table had been given to walk-ins with no call, though they were seated fairly quickly. Several recall a server bringing a candle in a birthday dessert and playing rock paper scissors to win 2-for-1 desserts.

“I have not visited Prezzo for a while, although a good experience I do feel the cost of the menu is high! I wouldn't make this my first choice if eating out. My best example is that almost nobody charges £20 for a burger and doesn't include chips, come on Prezzo this is tight! I have little else to complain about and my partner and I enjoyed our meal.”

“Yesterday we visited Thame Prezzo for the first time. It had a lovely atmosphere with outstanding decor, and the service was second to none. My husband and I ordered a pizza and a calzone. We both agreed, and I passed on to the waitress, that these were the most delicious pizzas we've ever had at Prezzo's before, so kudos to the chef. We would highly recommend this restaurant to anybody. Definitely go and give it a try!”

“Very lovely place, food was tasty and reasonably priced (especially with the Prezzo app). Our waitress, Kasey, in particular was lovely and very attentive. I very much enjoyed playing rock, paper, scissors to win 2-for-1 desserts!”

“I loved my waitress, her name was Kasey and she was super lovely and sweet. She was really polite and completely understanding. Will definitely come back just because of the service she gave to us. She was alert and knew when to come over. Thank you for being patient”

“Came to Prezzo for a birthday. Kasey was an absolutely fantastic server. She went above and beyond- bringing out a candle for the birthday girl in her dessert. She was a great sport when playing rock paper scissors too!! Lovely restaurant, food is always above standard. Thank you!”
