  “I ordered via drive thru, when I got home I discovered that all the chicken in our wraps was uncooked, pink and cold. I contacted Popeyes care team almost two months ago and they have still not given me an answer to my complaint”

  “Why does this restaurant make so many errors?? The latest - ingredients missing and tiny curled up chicken mini fillets - please see pictures as the advertised product and the ones received don't even look alike. If you must try it, I highly recommend you eat in only here so you can get the inevitable poorly made product put right immediately. And check for any allergies as ingredient customisation is ignored. Every take away order so far has been wrong and customer services are very poorly trained to handle it, do not read your concerns and only ever offer a standard £5 voucher regardless of how much of the order is wrong or poorly made. Additionally, they try to twist your words to mislead you and justify their own version of a successful outcome. A bit pathetic really. This Popeyes is a poor imitation of the original ones in the US. Get some good, well trained personnel in customer service and maybe this chain stands a chance. But until that happens, this KFC wannabe is not recommended. Chicken, made on a budget, charged for as if Gordon Ramsay made it personally. Avoid. Follow up to the Swindon team - I tried the exact link you have suggested and this was where the rude customer service eminated from. There was zero interest in putting things right. Poorly trained, rude personnel not representing the brand you are trying to grow.”

  “Jeremy is an amazing dude honestly the best dude ive ever met he was so kind and funny this isnt even glaze he saved my life hes actually amazing honestly they should give him a payrise i dont get how the manager hasnt noticed again this isnt even glaze.”

  “Went here for a family meal at 6pm last Saturday. The place was heaving! But the staff seemed happy and helpful. The screens are easy to use, and we managed to get a table. The food did take around 20 mins, but I'm not surprised as it was a big order, the place was packed, and it's quite new. The food was all piping hot and fresh, the chicken was so juicy and tender, the gravy and fries are nicer than KFC, and we enjoyed the biscuit and honey! Will be back 😊”
