  “We visited for my son's birthday, my boys did all you can eat my wife and I ordered from there menu, both are great options. My wife and I had ramen each shared some goyozas and sushi. It was amazing well and priced. My boys did all you can eat and filled their boots on it. Service was brilliant only 2 people running front of house and they didn't stop. We have been to waga momas before and enjoyed it, but this place is so much better. Well done to all the team and thank you for an amazing meal.”

  “We ordered the most expensive sushi set. Absolutely not made and does not match the photo on the menu. They did not offer wasabi or ginger, which should be provided with the set. When we asked, they said that the ginger they run out , they brought a little wasabi. The service is completely lacking, you have to constantly look for a waiter yourself. When we asked to take the rest home, they just gave us a box with different sizes of the lid and bottom. The drinks are not tasty. The worst experience I have ever had. Not tasty, not service, not worth the price. I do not recommend.”

  “We ate here for the first time for an anniversary meal yesterday and it did not disappoint. The food was delicious and the service was great. There were 3 of us, 2 adults, 1 teen. We all had different meals and shared a bridge. We left stuffed and satisfied. Highly recommend!”

  “I had an absolutely wonderful time visiting this spot on Victoria Road. Everything we ordered arrived looking fresh and beautifully presented on the table. The sushi rolls were fantastic, especially the ones topped with bright orange roe, which added such a nice texture to every bite. I also really enjoyed the chicken dish served over rice, which was garnished perfectly with fresh green onions. It is a great place to stop by for a delicious meal, and I am already looking forward to my next visit.”

  “Not as good as it used to be. Ordered Unagi Eel Don and Dynamite Roll. Disappointed as the portion of the Unagi Eel Don is small, especially the eel. The portion of the Dynamite Roll is good, but it could be better if they put more salmon in the roll.”

  “We had an absolutely amazing Sunday lunch at Kaizen with our family of four. The all you can eat option was incredibly fair value for the quality and variety of food on offer. Every dish we tried was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. The service was outstanding from start to finish ; friendly, attentive, and welcoming without ever feeling rushed. The bottomless Prosecco is a steal! The atmosphere was relaxed and perfect for a family meal. It’s rare to find a place where absolutely everything exceeds expectations, but Kaizen really did. We left full, happy, and already planning our next visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for excellent food, fantastic service, and great value in Swindon!”
