About Gourmet Coffee Bar & Kitchen
Gourmet Coffee Bar & Kitchen sits on Platform 1 of a train station in Stoke-on-Trent, making it a natural stop for passengers arriving, departing, or changing trains. The counter serves as a walk-in coffee shop and cafe, covering breakfast, lunch, and snacks through the day, with a bakery range alongside the coffee and tea list. Lattes are poured with coffee art, and the menu includes iced coffee and iced lattes for warmer days. Quick service at the bar keeps things moving for travellers on tight schedules, and dogs are welcome inside. The team is a constant presence behind the counter, taking orders and running drinks. Sandwiches and breakfast plates make up most of the food offering, paired with the usual espresso-based drinks and a tea selection.

“I ordered an iced latte and paid and I was told after that the ice machine wasn’t ready. I was told that in 20 minutes there would be ice so I waited 30 and then my drink had a few tiny bits of ice so my drink was too milky as normally there would be more ice. I feel as though I should have been offered a refund. The guy who served me was so nice and it wasn’t his fault but the company needs to find a way to serve with ice first thing as I paid £5 for a drink I didn’t enjoy”
