“Our daughter had developed a terrible knot in her hair over the summer holidays and we were desperate to sort it out before getting back to school. I phoned up and spoke to Sean, he was really understanding and managed to get her in to have a look. He provided some great advice for unpicking it and once we had done that was able to tidy it all up with a lovely cut and style. All of this was done really professionally and with clear knowledge of what the issue was - he gave some great advice as what was causing it (chlorine from swimming) and recommended a shampoo that would help. We were certainly impressed and my daughter - who had purposefully kept away from hairdressers for fear of us cutting all her hair off - really enjoyed her experience. Thank you to Sean and the whole team there who made us feel at home and welcome.”
