  “Usually have a good experience here. Not tonight though. Ordered the new Football Double Bucket. Six pieces of chicken?? Four drumsticks and two of the TINIEST breast portions.   “Shout out to J. He delivered service with a smile and made my visit waaaay better than it would have been otherwise. I love Chicken. I love fried Chicken. I don't really love KFC but they do have some good stuff, and they've been improving in recent years - the chips aren't literal trash anymore for example. Their new menu is impressive. I love the Supercharger (Limited Edition again? JUST PUT IT ON THE MENU PERMANENTLY!!!) and the new Tiramisu Kwench is awesome. There was a minor error with my order but they sorted it out instantly and were very gracious. It's probably the best service I've had in a KFC and I've been to them all over the country. Anyway. The kids meal could do with a revamp, those fruit roll things suck, just add some fresh fruit or something healthy.”

  “The self-service machine took £10.49 out of my account for food. I was then told there was an error and I had to pay again. I told them no, as the money has left my account. I was told I would get my money back in a few days. Very bad attitude from the staff and Very unhelpful. It's the last time I will be there.”

  “I visited this kfc today for the first time on my way home from work. and i must say its one of the best in stafford everything was nice and hot and fresh. The chicken was also very tender and not dry i would definatley recommend this resturant and i will be visiting again in the future.”

  “I must say this has to be the best KFC I went to. Food was fresh and hot. Full of flavours. Cleanliness was high standard throughout when I went. Excellent customer services by “Bart and Jo”. What an ace team. They were caring, polite, respectful, friendly and lovely smiles with highly professional manner.”
