About Rachel's Cafe
Rachel's Cafe is a daytime cafe on Sausthorpe Rd in Spilsby, open daily. A large car park takes motorbikes, motorhomes and caravans, so riders and people travelling in bigger vehicles have room to pull in. The full breakfast comes with Lincolnshire sausages, and a vegan breakfast and a gluten-free option sit alongside it. Homemade cakes and slices, including Bakewell tart, cover the sweeter side. The menu is displayed on the wall, and the kitchen is visible from the inside seating area. Drinks are brought to the table by the team. Dogs are welcome.

Customer Review Summary
Breakfast is the main draw at this traditional local cafe, with reviewers praising the full and big breakfasts, especially the Lincolnshire sausages, bacon and perfectly fried eggs. A vegan breakfast also gets a mention. Close behind are the homemade cakes and a generously large slice of Bakewell tart, along with good coffee. Reviewers repeatedly describe friendly, quick service even on busy days, a clean interior with a visible kitchen, and food they call very reasonable. The large car park suits motorcyclists, motorhomes and caravans, and seating is available inside and out. One reviewer reports seeing the manager take a pie from the display cabinet straight after handling cash without washing hands, and says they will not be back. Another diner, whose wife needs gluten free food, was told it was no problem, and the two full breakfasts looked similar on the plate.

“The food handling left a lot to be desired. After handling cash, the Manager took a piece of pie out of the display cabinet straight away, no washing of hands at all. Food is ok, but im afraid I won't be back”

“A traditional Cafe (so rare these days) that serves a good variety of fabulous food, with good quality ingredients. The staff are lovely, and the people who come here undoubtedly appreciate the place. My 'big breakfast' was superb, they incorporated my request for the beans ON my toast, and the Lincs. sausages were excellent. I really recommend this Cafe!”
