“I’ve been coming to this takeaway for a long time. Unfortunately I am not very happy as I put a complaint in this evening because I ordered on the phone, I ordered pillau rice with my curry, I paid for it however when I got home, I took everything out of the bag and my pillau rice wasn’t there so you obviously didn’t put it in the bag. I am very annoyed, disappointed and upset about this as I have been coming to your takeaway for a long time.”
