  “I travelled all the way from Bournemouth to Southampton to try Smoke & Pepper, and it definitely did not disappoint! We ordered the Classic Smash Burger, Algerian Tenders, Truffle Fries, Half Grilled Chicken, and Spicy Rice. Every dish was packed with flavour, cooked perfectly, and served in very generous portions. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. It had been a long time since I’d enjoyed a meal this much, and I left feeling completely satisfied. If you’re looking for great food, huge portions, and excellent service, I highly recommend Smoke & Pepper. I’ll definitely be coming back again!”

  “Absolutely outstanding experience at Smoked and Pepper Southampton! From the moment we arrived, the customer service was warm, friendly, and attentive. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensured everything was perfect throughout our visit. The food quality was exceptional — fresh, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. Every dish was cooked to perfection, and you can really tell they care about quality and consistency. The atmosphere was also fantastic, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy an amazing meal. Highly recommend Smoked and Pepper Southampton to anyone looking for incredible food and brilliant service. Easily a 5-star experience and we’ll definitely be coming back!”

  “The marketing and branding for this place is excellent. However the food was quite disappointing. Well priced, 10.99 for 5 tenders and 2 sides. The chilli cheese bites were gooey and tasteless so avoid those. The chicken itself was dry and the batter was too much. It lacked any real flavour other than the sauce. Pretty average overall.”

  “Chicken wasn't fresh other than the one light one in the photo, the fresh one was delicious but the others very dry. Flying Dutchman burger was delicious. £26 for two meals and two drinks, can't complain about those prices. Definitely lives up to the hype.”

  “Absolutely fantastic experience! The burgers were incredibly juicy, perfectly seasoned, and cooked just right—every bite was packed with flavor. The fries were equally impressive: crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and clearly made fresh. Simple menu done exceptionally well. What makes this place even better is that it’s halal—such a big plus! It’s not always easy to find high-quality halal burgers done this well, so this really stands out. You can enjoy everything with confidence without compromising on taste or quality. What really made the visit exceptional, though, was the service. A big shoutout to Sadaf for being so warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. She made the whole experience feel personal and enjoyable from start to finish. Great food, great atmosphere, halal-friendly, and outstanding service—definitely a place I’ll keep coming back to. Highly recommended! 👏🍔🍟”

  “Everything we had was excellent. We had the fiery chicken burger and the spicy beef one, plus some salt and pepper tenders. Finished it off with a delicious milk cake. Highly recommend!”

  “Came here whilst visiting the area. Did not disappoint. Food is amazing. We had the Meaty Beast burger. Texan Firebird burger. Brisket loaded fries and the Wing roulette. Unreal. Kids had milkshakes too. Again, so tasty. Atmosphere was good. Plenty of people coming and going. Well worth a visit.”

  “We’ve been here four times and it never disappoints. Our favourites are the Algerian tenders, brisket burger, and the Flying Dutchman all full of flavour and cooked perfectly. Can’t wait to come back and try more of the menu. Highly recommend! 🔥”
