  “Very bad experience. Disgusting service. cheap quality paint for shellac. Shellac nail paint not even stay longer. After spending £55 For pedicure and hand shellac paint. Within 20 hours I went to show the quality.i have to re do for acrylic paint.with out extension she changed me again £30 as you can see the photo and not accept her product quality is cheap arguing with customer and very rude talking Not recommended”

  “I usually don’t write review but this made me think I should warn people. Really bad service, none of the employees there are welcoming or understood what I wanted. The picture I showed and the art he did was not even comparable. I asked for a flower and there was a weird shapeless thing on my finger, I almost panicked. Please don’t waste money n time.”

  “Really disappointed with my experience. I had my nails done yesterday and paid £35, but honestly feel like I completely wasted my money. The technician kept talking to other people while doing my nails, which made it seem like she wasn’t giving the service proper attention. The finished nails are bumpy, uneven, and the product has been applied too far away from the cuticle, making them look untidy and poorly done. For £35, I expected a much more professional service and better attention to detail. Unfortunately, I wasted £35 and left very unhappy with the result. I was in rush otherwise I will discuss there I already spent more than 90 minutes there have doctor appointment have to be there on time”

  “Extremely aggressive staff who have no interest in doing their job. The lady who runs the place has zero respect for anyone. The man also doing my pedicure did such a poor job and it was a very quiet Monday morning.”

  “"I was disappointed with my visit today. I showed the nail tech a photo of a specific taupe/nude shade with flower art, but I was given a completely different pink color instead. To make matters worse, the technician’s behavior wasn't welcoming and she didn't check in with me at all during the process to ask if I was happy with the color or shape. I expected better customer service and attention to detail."”

  “I would never recommend this place. Last Thursday I went there with my sister because her nail was broken and she want to change it, I ask the lady and she was very rude she said “ we are very busy we can’t do it for you and you can go somewhere else”. That is not customer service I found it very rude so never going back there.”
