“KFC App didn't work so wouldn't allow me to log in to collect points etc. Was advised to do blue light discount on the blue light app and wouldn't find the store we were in. Ordered on the screen instore in the end. Staff were friendly but the food was very disappointing the chicken was very salty, fries were full of black bits, tower burger looked tiny and my mozzarella burger was disappointing not enough salsa and definitely not stringing and goey like advertised over all very disappointed”

“I had another great experience today in KFC at Meole Brace. It’s clean and tidy with friendly staff who serve quickly not like other KFCs in Shrewsbury. Again food was actually hot and naturally tasty. Well done KFC.”
