“I would go back if in the area, these points are really for the chef to improve, first impressions, the chips looked a little to pale, and the taste was near over chip tastelessness, needs more browning to bring out the flavours, steak good quality, could season a little better, peas fine. imo the herb decoration needs a more subtle flavour. One more thing, please use ketchup bottles rather than small dishes. but i enjoyed it, good value and above average.”

“Visited today to have a birthday meal for my fiance, after going out walking. The pub was lovely, the staff were friendly, helpful and gave great customer service. The food was absolutely fantastic and so flavoursome. We had one of the specials each, Steak and Salmon. Nothing was wasted. I was too full for dessert but my fiance had Mississippi Mud Pie, but I did have a bit he left. My photos haven't come out too well... but we can highly recommend and hopefully will go again soon. Thank you all.”
