Set inside a converted mill by the river at Oughtibridge Mill, JORO Restaurant is a British fine dining restaurant in Sheffield where the kitchen runs a single tasting menu served with optional wine pairing. “Fabulous evening with my husband for his 50th birthday. We stayed over in one of the beautiful apartments which have been lovingly converted from the former mill. We had an incredible experience and enjoyed the tasting menu with the wine pairing getting to see the chefs preparing our amazing food. “Wanted to visit for a long time and unfortunately I left disappointed. Food was very good apart from few bits that were not. The cheese course although visually very pleasing tasted just like the lump of cheese. The service was OK but spoiled by the loud music coming out of the speaker just above the table. I probably lost a third of what chefs were trying to explain about the dishes and drinks we were trying.”

“Called in for drinks on the terrace. The service was absolutely appalling. No one came to our table to take our order ...we had to ask . On receiving our drinks no one came to ask if we wanted to order more or order some nibbles. We had to go inside and order the drinks from the bar area. Very very disappointing”
