About Oasis Dining Quarter
Oasis Dining Quarter is a food court in Sheffield at 16 Meadowhall Way, spread over two floors beneath a large central dome with a black-and-white ceiling. A second level of seating sits upstairs and is easy to miss from the ground floor. Sit-in restaurants and takeaway outlets share one seating area, and chains including TGI's, Nandos and Subway trade alongside outlets serving Chinese, Thai, European and other Asian cuisines. Dishes across the court include Spaghetti Bolognese, Chilli Bean Non-Carne and Jacket Potato. Several outlets have gone card only, so it helps to know that before ordering. A cinema sits to one side, a pub occupies the corner, and The Lanes shopping area runs along the back.

Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often point to the sheer range of food under the dome, from Chinese to Thai, European to Asian, with TGI's, Nandos and Subway named among the outlets. Several describe it as clean, with staff wiping tables between diners, plenty of seating across two floors, and security staff who made one visitor feel safe. One reviewer calls it good for families, kids and solo diners, with ice creams, juices and full meals on offer. The main complaints are crowding and practice. One says it gets very busy and noisy during school holidays and at Christmas, and suggests the upstairs seating, which many people miss. Another stopped using several outlets that went card only. One reviewer reports that a gluten free sandwich could not be eaten because a worker did not change gloves after handling a sandwich containing gluten. One diner's Subway meal arrived hot and fresh, though Subway points were not available.

“I order the gluten free sandwich and one of the colleagues that work there didn't change her gloves when she was preparing my sandwich which meant that I couldn't eat it because she had touched the sandwich containing gluten before mine.”
