“Came here to celebrate my 22nd birthday and, unfortunately, I was a little disappointed with the service. It was our first visit, so we were looking forward to the experience. When our first drinks arrived, there was no greeting or explanation of which drinks were which—they were simply placed on the table without any interaction. We were served by a young blonde-haired member of staff. While I understand everyone can have busy shifts, it wasn’t busy at all, a friendly greeting would have made us feel much more welcome. The food, however, was lovely and we really enjoyed our meals. We also appreciated the check-back during the meal, which was a nice touch. When we ordered a second round of drinks, the same thing happened again. By that point, the lack of interaction had made the atmosphere feel quite uncomfortable for us, so we finished our drinks and decided to leave rather than stay longer to celebrate. It’s a shame because the food was excellent, but the level of customer service didn’t match the quality of the meal. I hope this feedback is helpful, as we’d like to return in the future and have a better overall experience.”

“Had a really nice server called Charlotte. The service was great she was really friendly, told us the rules and constantly checked in with us throughout the 2 hours offering drinks ect. The food was mediocre icl but the service was stellar. The drinks could have a bit more umph to them, I'm a lightweight so I was kind of disappointed with how sobre I left the building, could've definetly done with more alcohol but oh well. Not sure id come again but it was alright”
