  “So very very SLOW!! 🐌 🐌 Most of the staff have a tiny bit of politeness and don't mind helping you if you actually get their attention, because its like they block customers and their voices out and when I went the other day it took them more than 20mins just for a cold drink? I understand that focus is normally on the drive-thru and online delivery order side of things, but surely there could be better order to how it all flows. I've had multiple burgers that look like they've been dropped and picked back up lol such a mess, but McDonald's is McDonald's I suppose. There's just no care in any of it anymore. The staff look like they don't want to be there, and when morale is down, the whole thing doesn't come together. There's always a bunch of rude, loud teenagers in there, doing what they want, making a mess, and one staff member trying to clear their mess and disrespectful behaviour, which isn't great for families with young children, or vulnerable people. Definitely not the best McDonald's, and it is Sheerness.”

  “Location is perfect, nearest to the trsin station and the sheerness beach. So perfect stop over to get good food and drink. The banana milk shake which I always get in addition to other snacks and food, is amazing. Highly recommended”

  “How was these passed to go for delivery?? Absolutely appalling to receive cold, fries portioned the same as a happy meal, ice melted completely from the drinks and ice creams like milkshake that I have had to put them in the freezer to make them edible!! Absolutely no customer satisfaction with the state of this!”

  “Joe on the drive thru that does the morning 4-11 shift is an icon. He was absolute vibes this morning and we concur with his self proclaimed 'always a vibe' identity. Also really appreciated club tropicana blaring out in the toilets, it was giving party in the pooper vibes. Overall our experience of this mcdonalds was fantastic and I may travel to it from my home in Maidstone every time I want maccies purely for the positive vibes.”
