“Didn’t expect to find food this good on a rainy weekend on the Isle of Wight — but here we are. Had the beef rice noodles and sweet & sour pork ribs. Both were genuinely excellent. The ribs especially — sticky, properly balanced, nothing like the watered-down version you get at most Chinese takeaways on the mainland. Still thinking about them on the ferry home. The owner (originally from Fujian) was incredibly warm and welcoming. You can tell this place is run with real pride. Will absolutely be back next time I’m on the island.”

“Last night i ordered from here only to have been given a raw chicken ball!! The chicken was still clucking!!! This could of made me seriously ill fortunately i realised and spat it out NEVER AGAIN WILL I BE ORDERING HERE!!”

“Ordered a large chicken in black bean sauce dish however I actually received a large ONION in black bean sauce instead with a couple of pieces of chicken and carrots peppers and one half mushroom. The onions were long soggy wide strands. Carrots were very thinly sliced almost translucent and some chunks of green peppers all wrapped in a tasteless black bean liquid. On a positive note the chicken balls are edible Just cannot understand why this Chinese is in business Deserves to be put down asap”

“Just moved here, was looking.for a great chinese so tried this place ... had house special curry with rice my other half had chow main, ... curry wasn't very good , sauce really thick , chow mein bit taste less won't be returning will try else where ... shame !”
