  “Unfortunately I do think this Costa has gone downhill,the staff seem very fed up,it's freezing in there,not a welcoming atmosphere like it once was!Mop buckets and wet floor signs all over,maybe had a leak?It's a shame.I opt to go to the one near Morrisons now.”

  “THIS IS NOT A COSTA COFFEE. I Ordered 1 large 1 medium cappuccino at over £8.00 and I couldn't drink it, it was absolutely awful, I think it's a cheap bean there using. It taste the same as costa in The Range Store. Cheap and nasty. First time ever iv had to get my money back from a costa another gentleman in store said the same.”

  “Staff where extremely rude, felt embarrassed in front of a shop full of customers had to walk out and not purchase anything in the end. Was to going to spend over £20 on food and asked for two cups for a pot of tea the response was unreasonable and rude. I can confirm that there is no rule stating one cup for a pot of tea it is how it comes but if a customer wishes for another cup this should of been adered too. Confirmed by Costa complaints team. Will not be returning to this Costa again.”

  “Really enjoyed my coffee and cake, little one also enjoyed her babycinno until she dipped her Christmas biscuits for a little too long. Will definitely be coming back.”

  “The staff are always lovely & friendly in here, took my 93 year old neighbour in after a few months recuperating & they made her feel so welcome, fantastic service & always clean”

  “Poor experience, we were with some disabled diners, who used a shopping trolley as a walking aid. Simon told us to move the trolley from the cafe, then he instructed a junior staff member to remove the trolley from the corridor to the toilet. When we asked why he had done this, he became very argumentative and said they should not be left on the corridor. As long as tescos has been opened shoppers have left trolleys there, and since he did not give instructions for all the trolleys to be moved, it was pointed out to him that this was discrimination. He then proceeded to tell all the other diners what had been said, insinuating that we were being unreasonable. There were prams, wheelchsirs, pushchairs and other shopping trolleys by tables causing more obstruction than our one trolley in the corridor so in moving ours, which is essential for safety was certainly discrimination. I will not go in there again while he's working there.”
