  “Walked to Ravenscar from Robin Hoods Bay and came across Ravenscar Tearooms just as they were closing. Very kindly offered to serve us which was really appreciated! Very kind staff :)”

  “Variety on offer was great for such an out of the way location, and I wonder overlooked? However, disappointed that we werent told certain ingredients wasn't available before food brought to table. Such a peaceful location though”

  “Lovely Tea Room with a beautiful view, A friend and I cycle up from Scarborough via the Cinder track and stop here for our reward, for me a sausage and egg on toast and my friend a full English with a pot of Tea for two, which is absolutely lovely. Topped off by welcoming friendly staff.”

  “Decent food, not overpriced, and in a lovely location. Downside was the service wasn't great - I had to remind the waitress of the details of my ice cream order three times (was given the wrong thing twice, only ordered two), and was then left standing with two ice creams while my coffee was made - there was clearly little thought put into the reasonable order of operations.”

  “A small cafe set in the beautiful location of Ravenscar. My dad and I have been here a few times now and have always enjoyed it. They have a good selection of food, scones, sausage rolls, pasties, cakes, ice cream etc and hot drinks. The service is good and with a smile. When you initially walk in to the cafe you'll think the seating area is small, but there are more tables and chairs through the back. There is also seating areas just outside the cafe and some picnic benches/tables on a patch of grass, a few metres away. I would definitely recommend this cafe and it also has lovely views of the sea. I have noticed how someone has left a 1 star review of this place, all because in his opinion they didn't make him a "proper" cuppa, as it was a little weak! This is massively unjustified!”

  “Nice atmosphere. Great coffee and cakes. It's a nice place to sit and pass the time if you need to. Nice surroundings outside too and plenty of parking and seating available. Not to pricey either. Interesting surroundings too and plenty of nice walks to be had nearby. Great views roo”

  “A old fashioned tea rooms but none the worse for that. Friendly service with a good choice of things to eat and drink. Not overly spacious inside but if the weather is fine there is plenty of out side seating all set in a very peaceful location.”
