  “Placed an order at 7:30, had to ring them up at 9 and they said it was leaving the shop, then rang back up at 10 and they said it was leaving the shop again, I rung for a final time at 11, which the woman told me I won’t be getting my £66 worth of dominoes and if I don’t like it I can complain to HR. They marked the food as delivered and I had to go on live chats with uber eats to try and get my money back which isn’t prom”

  “Food is always fine really. My only frustration is the CONSTANT missing items. Last 4 orders all missing basics. Wedges and Dippers with no dips. 2 bottles of drink missing, wrong pizza and today im missing 2 dips I ordered as extra, both of the dips from the wedges, AND the pizza is wrong. You call to sort it and noone cares. The delivery driver doesn't know whats supposed to be on the ticket so theyre no help either. If they do agree to send the missing items its HOURS later. Minimum wage staff aren't paid enough to give a crap. Sorry Dominoes its the last time for me.”

  “Didn't get what we ordered. I guess they dont check the food against the order. Make sure you check before you leave. Paid for a mighty meaty and got thin crust cheese which was terrible tasting.”

  “I am beyond frustrated with the way my order was handled today. I placed it just after 6:00 PM and was told to expect delivery within 45 minutes. By 7:15 PM, nothing had arrived—no update, no explanation. When I finally reached out to find out what was going on, I was told the order had somehow vanished from your system, even though my payment was processed without issue. This is the second time your service has failed us, and it is completely unacceptable. At this point, my patience is gone. If this is the level of reliability I can expect, I will absolutely be taking my business elsewhere for future orders.”

  “Sat at a table, to enjoy our food in-house, twice now with my 3 young children and was super impressed both times! The first time, quite a while ago, the staff happily listened and chatted with my children, whilst they rambled on about gaming stuff I don't even begin to understand at all and made them feel so heard and welcome. The second time, thisevening, they laughed with them about the 6 7 craze and even made us 6 7 cookies, free of charge, completely by surprise, and watched as we opened the extra box, first confused, then delighted and tickled by their sense of humour and kindness. The staff are so friendly and accepting and seem like a lovely work team. Definitely recommend and look forward to going again. Reasonably priced, delicious food and we enjoy the relaxed, happy atmosphere always felt and received. Thank you so much for a lovely evening!! 🥰👌🏽”

  “I dont like giving bad reviews, but this one i feel like I sadly have to. We arrived on holiday at approx 8pm, quite late for us and thought we'll have an easy dinner, before exploring local area the following day! We ordered 2x pizza and a portion of chips. The app said 33-37 minutes, brilliant im 15 minutes away. We turn up just under 20 minute later, food is sat there on shelf waiting for us, I had got there early so we'd get it hot when cooked, but its already sat there. Annoying as if id waited the full 35 mins, then id have been very displeased. Anyway took the food, drive to Asda carpark, which is less than a 3 minute drive down the road, only to find the pizzas are both Luke warm with one havinga single brown hair on it, chips are freezing cold at best. Tried to eat the pizza, ended up having to bun what cost us (in a deal) £25+, and buying a meal deal at Asda. Usually I would have returned to the store and said something, but after a 4 hour drive, I knew my paitients would have ment i would have been very uneasonable and annoyed, so decided to just bite the bullet and leave it. Would never come to this domino's again, if they cant tell the time to prepare an order, i dont trust there cooking abilities. excluding the hair as that in fairness, could happen anywhere, accidents do happen.”

  “I never make reviews, but on this occasion I have to. The app said it would take 40 minutes to arrive, after 40 minutes the app said that the pizza hadn't even been prepped yet. 5 Minutes later we get a knock on the door, its our delivery. So the app updating system is a bit busted, but whatever, not a big deal. What IS a big deal is these pizzas. We've ordered from Dominos many times and on several occasions the pizza wasn't even cut properly, and there is often a lack of cheese which is frustrating for the price you pay. But this isn't even the biggest problem. Earlier today we ordered once again from Dominos. This time we were happy to see our pizzas were looking good for once! But that happiness would quickly change. Luckily my pizza was fine. But my mother was not so fortunate. Just 30 mins to an hour after eating her pizza, she started having severe stomach pain. Which was then followed by sudden diarrhea. She has been and is currently still profusely vomiting. I know its possible that this ISN'T the cause. But she had not eaten for the ENTIRE day. This pizza was the first thing she had eaten, and she was completely fine beforehand. Not to mention this pizza had CHICKEN on it. While we checked and it's not pink, its very easily possible its old meat or the staff there (which already seem to struggle at making decent pizzas) used a knife for vegetables that had just been used for cutting chicken. It's safe to say we will not be ordering from this Dominos anymore.”

  “The pizza was tiny like why would you even sell that it is the size of my thumb you needed a magnifying glass to see it because it was that small if I knew it was that small I wouldn’t of brought it and it is so expensive and the cheese bites are more like cheese nibbles this is absolutely outrageous and maybe think about giving us a bag”

  “See photo of how Pizza's arrived. However, reported poor delivery and Dominoes did treat it seriously and called us back and offered a full refund - so call them if you have an issue because they do listen. Great customer service :)”
