  “The staff made me give 5 stars. The ladies were very friendly and kind which means alot as I actually have CPTSD and even though I super mask and you could not tell publicly- I have severe anxiety entering new places on my own and normally have a support worker for that. I decided on my 30th birthday that I deserved to be able to walk into the chippy on my own and I have the weirdest order ever so you'll deffo remember me- you didn't know this, but the girls being so friendly meant alot as I was alone that day on my bday- the goth girl who ordered chips cheese and mushy peas ontop! 💜💜💜 Awesome friendly female staff 💪 I feel comfortable coming here again on my own and will when I next want chippies. Thanks ladies”

  “Absolutely amazing fish and would highly reccomend. I also reccomend making sure you have all of the correct items that you have ordered. My most recent experience left me and one other colleague without chips as part of a fish dinner, we paid £11.50 each and ended up with fish and peas. Pretty pathetic when you consider what the establishment is. By the time I had got home to find we had no chips the shop had closed. Less for going in soley for fish I would choose elsewhere if you want to ensure you get all of the dinner you paid for.”

  “Just had food from this chippy, always used to recommend to people we knew, not anymore! Stone cold, rock hard warmed up chips. Terrible. Not worth the 1 star. Honestly go somewhere else’s to spend your hard earned money.”

  “Been two nights on the run it’s that nice! Meticulously clean, staff are lovely, food is delicious and more than fair price! Already started on mine before I took the pic. Nicest salt n pepper chips I’ve had for a long time too.. Thanks Ladies xxx”

  “Horrible staff made a 76 year old woman wait till the last just because she only ordered a small fish and chips, she was made to wait for way over half an hour whilst the people waiting for meals got severed first. Not a thought that a oap was the first in the queue and not a ounce of respect. Won't be going again. I now go to a great chippy in Frodsham where the staff are pleasant and the food tastes better.”

  “I visited trident fist bar back when it first opened and really didn't like the chips or fish, but over time I have been told it's changed. Trident fish bar is located near the Cineworld on Trident Retail Park. There is loads of parking available including disabled parking at the front of the fish bar. There is also a seating area out for for the nice sunny days. I visited to order some salt and pepper chips and a chicken burger for me and my partner. The chips were amazing, super crunchy and had loads of flavour. However the burger was very greasy and I could heavily taste it in every bite. There must be a better was to cook the chicken. The staff were amazing and happy to help and talk to me. They helped me with my order as I haven't been there in a long time and were very polite. I would really love to see the trident fish bar continue to improve, but I will definitely be back for them salt and pepper chips!”
