  “Ordered a burger like a usual order i have been ordering for ages and never had any problems but i dont know i had some type of glass or plastic inside the burger they gave me a replacement and i phoned to see if they have recieved the burger and instead insisted the burger was made fresh i have ordered for ages like i said no problems but today they really let me down i am very disappointed that they blame the customer for their own mistakes.”

  “Absolutely loved the munch box from Kings Castle! The portion size was amazing and definitely worth the money. Everything was fresh, hot, and full of flavour. The variety inside the box is perfect if you want to try a bit of everything — great for sharing but also tempting to keep all to yourself 😄 The staff were friendly and service was quick. Will definitely be ordering the munch box again. Highly recommended if you’re in Haslingden!”

  “Amazing burgers, staff / delivery drivers are always super lovely, the food is amazing. Definitely the best burger place in Haslingden. And the drinks are sooo good I’m obsessed with the pink lemonade! Highly highly recommend.”

  “Only ever had a delivery but the food from here is awesome! Way nicer than most take aways. The pizzas are gorgeous. The sauce is beautiful! I had chicken tenders as well and they were perfect. My favourite takenaway ❤️”

  “I ordered last night and originally thought it had gone through to Hasy, but it turned out the order was actually at the Blackburn branch. I’d asked for no salad in my gyro and no olives in my Greek salad, but there was a small mix up. Honestly, these things happen, but I was really impressed with how Hamza dealt with it. He was friendly, understanding, and sorted everything out straightaway. They remade the food for me without any fuss, and the replacement was spot on. Proper good customer service from Hamza and from guys, really appreciated the way they handled it. Would definitely order again.”

  “Finally opened after long await, nice to see all the blackburn staff moved here for the opening hopefully they stick around for longer than just first few weeks as its always nice to see familiar faces. Decor looks very good, keeping to the same theme as the other king castles, i was hoping the prices would have been a bit cheaper as haslingden is a small town and surrounding towns are small too, but its exact same price as the blackburn branch, The only thing you need to improve is the burger, maybe it was mistake or just new staff, but there was a very strong vinegar smell, at first i went around smelling everything thinking what smells of vinegar, then after sniffing the burger it smelt very strongly of vinegar, my brothers burger was the same, i don't know if it got accidently contaminated in your kitchen or someone accidently dropped it on the burgers or was handling vinegar before making the burgers but it was very very strong. It also made the burger taste a bit weird, i didnt let this impact the review as i put it down as a one off incident, hopefully wont happen again. Will be back very soon thank you very much, keep up the good work”
