“My Domino’s orders are normally straight forward with no hassle yet this store I picked up from tonight has forgotten to put honey drizzle on the pizza which is literally the main reason I went for a Domino’s pizza tonight 😡 I also thought I’d try out their new chicken pieces with katsu curry, got the chicken but no katsu sauce to dip in 😡 Absolutely unbelievable!”

“Ordered online uber eats. Waited over an hour 10 mins. The amazing gentleman told me there’s no info on the order and that the shop is closing. Decided to block my calls after. Nice one dominos👍👍👍👍”

“It was alright, sometimes you can tell when something wasn’t made with much passion and thought and this was definitely that pizza. The cheese and the sauce felt minimal and the bread element really dominated the flavour palette. I will try a different dominos in future.”

“Incredibly rude manager. While I understand that a driver breaking down is unfortunate, there is absolutely no excuse for the way I was spoken to. I was shouted at simply for asking whether a replacement pizza could be made rather than sending another driver to retrieve the one that left the shop over 25 minutes ago. When I asked for a refund, the manager abruptly hung up on me. There was also no communication regarding the delay. I had to call myself to find out why our order hadn’t moved. I strongly recommend immediate customer service training for the so-called manager on shift, as their behaviour was completely unacceptable.”

“I've never had any issues . Ordered the wrong pizza, immediately called in and they changed it. A bit pricey though but great service. Pizza is always pipping hot”

“Terrible service. Ordered two pizzas and they turned up as if they had both been involved in a car crash. Requested refund but told they can only replace not refund. Never ordering from them again. AVOID”

“Can not believe how hot it is after delivery! Actually have to wait for it to cool down a bit to eat it. Most restaurants don't manage to get it hot like this from kitchen to table in the same establishment never mind delivery. Food quality is spot on, made nicely and tasted good. Such a quick turn around from ordering to delivery on a Saturday evening too. I had two large pizzas, one medium and two sides. Very impressed.”

“Tried both ways delivery or collection nothing has worked lazy and bad customer service. Pizza was not pipping hot instore staff was talking to each other or busy on their phones. No one looks busy than us. Kitchen staff does not looks like they wash and sanitised their hands properly. Front desk staff looks new to the work. Giving two stars only due to dough which is very light to eat and garlic sauce.”
