“Was at Lola’s friday night, the manager was being kinda rude to one of the staff members and tried to publicly humiliate one of the staff over from what i understand was a minor issue? i don’t know exactly but it was unprofessional and she treated the customers with a rude tone too, was sad to see as a customer. the girl that got shouted at was serving me was very very nice too. clearly didn’t deserve it”

“Awful bought 10 tickets for Motown afternoon disco we are all in out 70’s and got the bus into town we all had photo bus passes but wasn’t allowed in. Manager rude and aggressive and grabbed hold of me! I’m 71 years old I will Necer book this venue again and will fight tooth and mail to get money back! 😡 who at our age carries passport and driving license into town??”

“Awful. UKG tickets paid, arrived and was told to show photo ID (clearly we were all over 40yrs old!) despite travelling 2hrs to get here, absolutely nowhere did it state this was needed to enter when we received booking confirmation or beforehand, we were refused entry until we were able to show photo ID (and our prebooked UKG tickets were never even checked!!). Thank god our older kids were home to take a photo of our IDs and send them to us. The general manager was just rude not to just us but other guests also. He was taking peoples drinks to clear tables/the bar that were not even finished, despite the people stating they were not finished with them. He pushed my friend out the way and got annoyed with her when she told him to not be so aggressive, he didn't even ask her politely, such as 'exucse me please', he just shoved her out the way, she's a 52yr old HR director. The toilets were just disgusting. The photos of the interior really don't match what you actually see, its grubby and run down inside. The outdoor smoking area, looked like it had a fire, all charred bars above the outdoor area itself. The bar staff were lovely, so was the lady carrying around the shots trays, those were the only nice things about this whole experience of this venue. What a horrible venue, genuinely disgusted.”
