  “I’ve ordered the chicken fillet burger meal through phone. On the bun I told them to put flour bun not seeded, it seems that they have put the seeded bun which I have not requested from the restaurant.”

  “This place has been around for a number of years now and you can see why when you try their food. We have been regular customers since day 1 and never had a bad meal. The fried chicken wings are the best that I have ever had in the world. They are so fresh and the recipe that they use for the coating is absolutely delicious, better than KFC. The portions are so generous too. It is such good value, excellent food at at a great price. The peri peri chicken is also a real crowd pleaser. I have tried many different items over the years and everything has always been bang on. The spicy rice has a great flavour and texture too. This is not just your average chicken shop, go and try it, you will not be disappointed. See you again soon!”

  “Ordered a whole chicken with 4 breast pieces but gave us the wrong order instead. Spoke to someone for them just to say “what can we do”. Not just that, gave us a chicken the size of an egg. The most malnourished chicken. Finished within 4 bites. Not great customer service at all!”

  “⭐ Very Poor Experience – Inedible Food & Rude Service Visited around 3pm on 8 January 2026 and ordered a normal chicken wrap. What I received was a tiny wrap with fries and a drink, which wasn’t clearly explained. When I got home, the wrap was not grilled and was filled with plain chicken fillets drowned in an extremely hot, overpowering sauce. This wasn’t normal spicy — it was completely inedible. I couldn’t even keep it in my mouth. I called the restaurant to explain and ask for a refund or exchange. They cut the call mid-conversation. When I called again, I was told the manager wasn’t available and to call later — no apology, no solution. Very disappointing food quality and unprofessional customer service. Would not recommend.”
