Customer Review Summary
The hell's kitchen burger draws the most repeat mentions, praised for its jalapeno and Padron pepper salsa, though several diners found the patty itself dry. Close behind, the O.G.R. burger and the roquefort burger with fries earn steady approval, alongside standout sides like the koffman fries and freshly cooked onion rings, though one reviewer found the onion rings greasy and flavorless and another described a mac n cheese with powdered, flavorless cheese. A recurring gripe is the tiny drinks glass on the "bottomless" soft drink deal, forcing repeated refill trips, and several call out a pre-added 12.5% service charge despite otherwise good service, though a couple of reviewers note it's now optional or no longer applied. Billing errors surface more than once, including one diner overcharged and given inconsistent corrections, and another served wagyu-billed beef that tasted, in their words, "old" and no different from the regular patty. One reviewer reports a burnt, dry kids' burger and being charged for tap water despite ordering bottled. Staff are frequently called friendly and attentive despite these lapses.

“Didn't have my hopes up because its always empty here. Had the roquefort burger with the Ramsey red. Actually fantastic. Wine had too much tannin to drink pre meal, but paired with the cheese very well. Very high quality beef burger and the cheese didn't overpower the rocket. Server Eevee was attentive and funny, able to have fun amd provide quality service. The bathroom standard lowered the overall quality, but I can't dock points as I was outside next to the river sat eating, so it's an expected. Pleasantly surprised at very good food and very low price.”

“My adult daughter and I visited over the Bank Holiday weekend. It was not too busy. The servers were attentive. Food was varied but drinks a bit expensive. Music was a bit loud and we asked to sit away from the speakers! I chose the £ 15.00 PRAWN & CRAB ROLL - Brioche hot dog bun, Marie Rose prawns, dressed crab, tobiko, lettuce, celery cress, served with fries. And unusual find in a burger place. I loved it. My daughter chose the £15 O.G.R. Burger - Grass-fed British beef, smoked cheese, house relish & salad with fries, which she enjoyed too.”
