“Not tasty at all. Bought chicken doner pitta. Chicken tasted uncooked. Waste of nearly £30. The only thing which was good is cookie cheesecake. purchased first time but never again.”

“Do not go this fish and chips shop, food was absolutely tasteless, the cod was very oily, chips was stodgy and the donner kebab tasted like rubber, it was like eating cardboard, and not make mattere worse the owner was arrogant and tried to overcharge me.”

“First time ordering here. It was a fast delivery, as it was just a few streets away. Ordered 2 x 1/4 burgers, 1 large chips, 1 x saveloy and a bottle of pepsi. The burger taste nice, chips are decent, however the portion size is disappointing for the price. Saveloy was watery and cold on the inside with no flavour (also quite overpriced), and a 500ml bottle of Pespsi is the same price as a portion of small chip.”

“This is not my regular chippy nor will it ever be. The portion size is too small. They said it could feed two people and that is laughable . The roast chicken is absolutely flavourless - no seasoning”

“No longer Peters fish bar as we knew it. The new Turkish owners have kept the name and branched out into more that just fish and chips, they now offer pizza, shish and diner kebabs, and are linked into the Uber eats delivery service. Whilst waiting to collect our counter ordered fish and chips they seemed to be handling as many delivery orders as those placed at the counter. So a good turnover which equals freshly cooked foods👍”

“Wow, travelled all day, tired and hungry and there it was Peters Fish and Chip shop, a sign from God if ever there was one. Perfect cod , fluffy chips, and a curry sauce better that most Indian restaurants. The staff were friendly and chatty what an end to the day.”

“Came in Saturday ordered large doner meat & chips & small Lamb doner kebab. Ended up with regular Doner meat & chips & small chicken Doner. Wasted money as the chicken doner was disgusting so ended up in the bin. Have to say will not be using again”
