Customer Review Summary
The munch boxes draw the most praise, including the Salt and Pepper Munchy Box B, which one reviewer found decent with great portions, and another family says they love. Close behind are quick, on-time delivery, friendly staff and well cooked food with good portion sizes. Honey ribs and sweet and sour ribs are also called lovely, though one reviewer wanted more meat on them. The complaints are specific and come from several reviewers. One describes bbq ribs as chewy, tough and flavourless, free prawn crackers as stale and a sweet chilli box as soggy and reheated. Another says a duck Kung Po had a watery sauce, a few tiny pieces of duck and soggy skin, and a third found a quarter duck dry and smaller than expected. Watery bbq sauce comes up more than once. In one account the duck meal went in the bin while the kids ate the munchy box and called it okay.

“Worst food ever. Ordered duck Kung Po. The sauce looked and tasted like water with a bit of chilli Powder thrown in. A few tiny pieces of duck with absolutely loads of soggy soft skin wrapped around it. Was not Edible at all. It all went in the bin. The munchy box was eaten by kids who said it was okay, But the bbq sauce Was Watery and inedible. Think it was the same as whatever was on the duck meal. What an utter waste of money. Would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.”
