  “Ordered ft long roll earlier for my daughter with chicken and lettuce got back she had half started eating it complaining it tasted funny so took some chicken out of roll smelled it definitely off tasted disgusting too phoned shop where woman said fresh food every day I explained id kept the chicken and would be bringing it up for you to see when she put phone down on me absolutely disgusting”

  “Been going to this shop for months as my partner is fussy with her food went today for the sandwich she always asked for to be told no she has to have it how it comes but she dont like certain things would be nice if they could consider how customers want there food that they are paying for.”

  “I ordered a cookie dough ice cream i payed and they said in the freezer i went and looked in the freezer no cookie dough so i asked them can you get me a cookie dough he got a new case gave me one and i opened it and there was a frozen mouldy sticky substance in there i said can i have a different one they got a different one and it had the same thing and them they said well thats all we have you have to get a different ice cream when i payed for a cookie dough i want a refund and my cookie dough ice cream”

  “We went to porthcawl for day out and we had nice walk around the town and came across a subway which I have really been wanting. So we had a foot l9ng each and a drink. Really enjoyed it. The staff was really helpful and friendly too. Will be having one again soon.”

  “Have been using this particular branch for some years now and always had a great overall service, however on this visit… Very poor service. Staff attitude was abysmal. Subs were very badly prepared and thrown into wrappers. The young man that served us had no interest of being there at all and in my opinion has dragged the branch down. Very disappointed.”

  “A lovely atmosphere and very friendly and helpful staff.i am neuro diverse and they were very accomodating and understanding when I asked about dietary requirements.”
