Customer Review Summary
Reviewers split on this branch. Several praise the pizza as delicious and superb, with delivery to Trecco Bay arriving extremely quickly and drivers described as on time and friendly. One collected an online order that was ready on arrival. The complaints are specific: one waited over two hours while phone calls got the same "we're busy" answer and a refund promise, and another received a cold large chicken pizza.

“We've tried to submit a review on the app but it doesn't submit. Very disappointed, we ordered pizza for our parents as a Friday treat but their pizza arrived cold. Drive delivered on time but gutted they had a large cold chicken pizza! Not good”

“Over 2 hours and still no pizza have rang and rang the store keep getting the same story. It wont be long we’re busy then being told it on its way, had the phone put down 3 times on me, such a rude individual have said will refund but probably more lies. Such an incompetent individual. I am so upset by this situation as on holiday in trecco bay and it has spoilt our evening.”
