  “I waited for my order for more than 45 minutes I saw people who came behind me got their order in between I went to the till to ask about my order twice and they left me unattended. I should mention that he was doing everything himself but it wasn't fair to leave me without an answer. Third time I asked they said I didn't even ordered the food. The kiosk didn't have me a receipt. I have to show them the image I took and my bank transaction to prove that I ordered. After showing these and back and forth questions and answers then they printed out my order and made it for me. I came after a long early morning shift and wanted to eat something then they made me wait for more than an hour. When they served me that time also the drink was not correct. There was no manager or responsible person to handle such situations. Poor management.”

  “I have just had 3 pieces of chicken from old town St. I would like to say the chicken was really hot temperature, tender I recommend to get KFC from this shop it's the best.”

  “The food was good here an surprisingly consistent with the taste of KFC in the U.S. The service wad fast and the staff was friendly. I would come back here is I was in the area walking around looking at all the shops near by.”

  “Dirty tables and staff standing around. I was looked upon like i had asked for an organ and all i wanted was a clean tavle and floor. If the younger generation accept dirty tables and floors in a take away business, thos becomes the norm and acceptable. But if im paying hard earned money on a take away i expect it to be clean.its not a hard ask when i want to eat with my child. This is the reason I wont waste money on take away. Kfc should be discusted they should do better. I even had 2 pensioners share my table because every other table and the entire floor was filthy. This sort of staff laziness is unacceptable. Thanks for the reply, but as somone that was a visitor to the town, and the staff attitude especially the girl who was laughing like it's a joke. I will never give K.F.C. another chance. Your staffs attitude to cleaning is a joke and the way my son and i were treated is unacceptable.”

  “Visited the kfc at the top of town today, definitely one of my favourite places to visit if I'm out and about, I've been to most kfc's in the past and this one is by far one of the better ones, the customer service is brilliant, lots of smiley faces, very welcome and are always attentive if I need any extra help with anything, would 100% recommend”

  “I've reviewed a few KFC and they have been up and down in the last few years. Previously you could rely on a chain to deliver on their brand but seemingly not so much anymore. I popped in today just fancying a quick burger to go in a hurry. When I approached the person at the front, I was asked to just wait at the till. This seems another branch where the staff seem confused when people approach them instead of using the touch screens. I clearly wasn't being very observant as the person I'd approached was seemingly busy and not on serving duty. I noticed the till at the other end of the counter so walked over to the empty till. The person I'd originally approached made the effort to shout back and ask where the server was. A moment or two later, that person did come out and ask how they could help. When I asked for a zinger tower I was a bit shocked by the price. £6.99! Not a meal, just the burger. I asked how much for the meal and this was about 2.50 more. I said I'd stick with the burger. When it came it was ok but nothing special. They seem to have swapped out the old zinger salsa for their "super charger" sauce. I preferred the old burger to be honest. I'll include some pics of the new menu and prices. I don't know if this is across all KFCs but it definitely won't be somewhere I'll think of going again in a hurry now. As it was, when I thought the prices were reasonable, I was no longer that keen on their offering. Now their prices seem to have taken a massive leap, I'll almost certainly be giving their mediocre offering a miss.”

  “Untidy,unclean restaurant with staff who don't have basic customer service skills. That's if you can even find a member of staff to interact with. To be fair I have no complaints about the food but this is the second time in recent months I have been left very disappointed in the poor customer service I have received. None of the staff seemed interested in serving anyone,smiling or helping with any issues. With slim chickens and Popeye's very near by, I think I'll be going to one of them next time. I include photos of how untidy the restaurant was with no clean tables to sit at. It wasn't even particularly busy. And when someone did eventually start clearing the tables I noticed he went back behind the counter to serve food without washing his hands. Disgusting. I won't be back.”
