About Broth3rs Restaurant
Broth3rs Restaurant is an Italian restaurant at 24 George St in Perth, open daily. The menu pairs Italian cooking with traditional Romanian dishes, including the soup ciorba de burta. Pizza, with a Margherita among the options, and pasta such as carbonara fill out the Italian side. A family runs the business, and the kitchen builds its dishes around seasonal, natural ingredients and Italian technique. A separate gluten-free menu and gluten-free pasta give guests avoiding gluten a full set of choices. The cellar holds a varied wine list, with ample space given to wines of Italy.

Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often single out how the kitchen handles dietary needs, especially gluten-free eating. Diners with allergies or coeliac disease describe staff who said almost anything could be made gluten and dairy free, and one mentions a completely gluten-free menu. Beyond that, the Carbonara, described as rich and creamy, and the seafood pasta draw praise, along with the bolognaise, a mixed grill, freshly made tiramisu, and a Romanian soup, ciorba de burta, from a reviewer who calls the food fresh and tasty. Staff are repeatedly described as friendly and professional, with a high chair ready for one family and a flower given to a mother on Mother's Day. Criticism is limited but pointed: one reviewer called a margherita pizza a sad frozen one, and another found the bruschetta underwhelming next to the mains. One coeliac diner says a separate menu was brought over and the gluten-free pasta was indistinguishable from the regular kind.

“Such a great experience. My husband and I visited this restaurant several times while on holiday in Perth Scotland. The food was awesome and well presented. The quality and quantity was superb. The ambiance was very pleasant with lovely Italian background music. We didn’t have to shout at each other to be heard. The staff was very professional and attentive. If it wasn’t that we are from Canada there would be many more visits.”

“Absolutely amazing restaurant. I have allergies so struggle but the hostess was extremely helpful and stated that they could make almost anything gluten and dairy free for me. My partner got the mixed grill which he devoured. I got the bolognaise which I shared with my 8 month old and I’ve never seen her eat like that. The food is amazing and the service is exemplary.”

“Great atmosphere and very accommodating staff! Even though we arrived just before closing, our waitress Ana was absolutely amazing and made our night! With her great personality, a completely gluten-free menu, delicious cuisine, and fantastic freshly made tiramisu, it was definitely worth the stop. We hope to come back if we ever visit Perth again!”
