Customer Review Summary
Pad Thai is the dish reviewers name most, and most call it delicious, though a couple find it oily or wetter than the version they tried in Thailand, with one wanting more bean sprouts and peanuts. Close behind is the mixed starter, praised for its variety and for fish cakes, chicken toast with satay and sweet chilli sauces, ribs and chicken skewers. Massaman curry is described as perfectly creamy, and the red and green curries get credit for flavour, plenty of chicken and big takeaway portions. One reviewer found the fish cakes a little thick. Prawns in the pad thai are called fresh and huge. Service is mostly called quick, kind and friendly, but one table of four found the server brought dishes out one at a time and forgot the rice for the curries. Another received a prawn stir fry instead of the pork they ordered, and happily kept it. Several describe a small, busy room that fills fast, and a couple say booking is strongly advised. Reviewers also mention bringing their own alcohol.

“Small and very busy Thai restaurant down a Penzance back-street. Very good “British Thai” food at reasonable prices. Quick and friendly service. We enjoyed the mixed starters, Pad Thai and Massoman Curry. No alcohol served - bring your own. Booking strongly advised; this place fills up fast.”

“Ordered thai on Saturday evening, prices very reasonable and big portions for take away! Only took 20 minutes for it to be ready! 🙏🏻 Gorgeous thai green curry and lots of meat (chicken) in the curry. Partners red thai also so much flavour & cooked to perfection. Fish cakes was a little thick for my liking but good taste overall. We would come and order again if ever in Penzance again! 🏴 love from south wales!”
