“The Rose Cafe in Oxford was a great choice for lunch. The cafe is bigger than it looks from outside. We both had soup and a cup of tea. There was a good turn over of people. This cafe is located on the High Street. We visited between Christmas and New Year. I suspect it will be much busier in University term time.”
