Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often praise authentic Indian flavour, with the lamb chops starter, tender in a rich spicy sauce with charred tandoor flavour, singled out by one diner as among the best lamb they have eaten in a UK Indian restaurant. Close behind are the butter chicken, garlic naan fresh out of the oven, lollipop chicken, Fish Keralan curry, Lamb Rogan Josh and a flaky paratha. Several describe food that is fresh and home made rather than swimming in ghee, and a few mention the vegetarian and pescatarian options. Staff are repeatedly called friendly and welcoming, explaining the menu dish by dish, and one party was able to order Pani Puri off menu on request. The one complaint is that the music over the speakers kept breaking for adverts, which cut into an otherwise calm atmosphere. For an anniversary order of Hyderabadi dum biryani, the chef explained that chicken breast would reduce the flavour, then used only thigh pieces and removed the bones himself.

“Superb food and service. As a huge fan of Indian cuisine this place hit the spot! The chicken was insane (Forgive the picture but just to show proper chicken) . Nice to have recommended dishes which were also spot on! Service was on point too. If only I lived closer”
