  “Had two and a half hours in the treatment room. 1 hour body scrub 1hr full body massage, and a facial by Ellis, and all I can say is: The way I was greeted to treatment was nothing short of amazing, getting me in the right frame of mind of relaxation to actually receiving the treatment. I left feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and fresh.”

  “Been here a few times now and absolutely loved it every time. Just celebrated a small baby shower here and the staff were so accommodating and lovely. The afternoon tea was great, with options for vegetarian and vegan too. Would highly recommend!”

  “I was lucky enough to spent a wonderful day at the Spa at Stocks Hall this weekend! The staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful , especially Josie who spent time and effort re organising our treatments so that we could all have lunch/afternoon tea together, this was really appreciated! The lunch/afternoon tea was very yummy especially the scone! The treatments were great and we all used the spa/pool facilities which were excellent, clean and not too busy! I would thoroughly recommend spending a day there! I hope to return soon!! Thank you Stocks Hall Spa! Jo xxx”

  “We had the most fabulous day at the spa. We enjoyed the Rasul, a lovely massage and afternoon tea, and honestly, everything was amazing from start to finish. Tanya, in particular, went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and was so friendly, helpful and attentive throughout our visit. Josie was also fantastic on the front desk and made us feel so welcome. The afternoon tea was absolutely delicious too there was so much food that we even had to take some home because we were so full! 🫖🍰 We had such a wonderful, relaxing afternoon and would highly recommend Stocks Hall to anyone looking for a lovely spa day. We will definitely be back!”

  “We had an amazing time at the spa until we went for our afternoon tea which was included in the package. Imagine spending hundreds of pounds on a spa day only to be asked to pay £3 for your sparkling water as you leave since it wasn’t included despite not having any other drinks.”

  “Had the most amazing experience, staff was so welcoming a massive thank you to Tanya. She was so warm, friendly and welcoming! The bistro staff was great really went through my vegetarian options, the chef himself came out to discuss what each dish was for the afternoon tea as we was querying if it’s all veggie! and he was so professional about it all. Would definitely recommend coming, i even purchased some skincare products to treat myself with. Overall such a relaxing experience, enjoyed using the outdoor hotub. Will definitely be back for sure :)”

  “We came for my son’s 18 birthday, the food was okay, even though I watched the chef take the cakes out of their wrappers before plating them. I had to change our cutlery as it was dirty. Treatments were amazing and the therapists were lovely as was the lady on reception. All the towels I used had holes in or were tatty. We booked an evening package till 8.30 but unfortunately they close the drinks service at 6 to the pool area. So along with other guests had to climb up and down a flight of stairs to the main bar in our wet costumes. There were no customers anywhere else but the pool which was completely unstaffed. Not exactly the luxury we were looking for carrying trays of drinks in wet towels down the stairs. I will try somewhere else next time for a relaxing service.”

  “Treated myself to the best breakfast in town! Why not? 😃 Well done chef. 🙏 I stay in lots of hotels but this for sure, one of the best full english breakfasts I've had in a long, long time. Superb service and a friendly team. Highly recommended, five stars”

  “I went with my daughter for an overnight spa, we had never been before. The welcome was warm and friendly and the staff throughout our stay were extremely helpful, professional and friendly. The apartment was lovely, clean, bright and well equipped, we could have done with more toiletries and maybe fresh milk as there’s a fridge instead of the horrible uht stuff. The pool, steam room etc were great, although should have taken sliders as the floor poolside was really slippy and we didn’t see anyone mopping it while we were there. There are also few beds, luckily we didn’t have an issue but several others had nowhere to sit and relax. Lunch was very nice as was breakfast the following morning but the afternoon tea was not great - the sandwiches were just about edible - we were hungry bread nice & fresh- filling not good! The cakes were disgusting, they were not fresh and just putting a raspberry on top of a mass produced shop bought cake doesn’t make it any more edible. We also did not get soup which should have been with it. The spa treatments were fabulous and we both came out feeling relaxed and chilled. On the whole the experience was great, we will go again but will stick to having lunch not afternoon tea. I don’t think anyone from stocks reads the feedback because we are not the first to comment on the poor afternoon tea, if they had read it surely they’d have changed it! 4 stars as the afternoon tea it down massively”
