  “Had the best time! The steak was incredible, the starters were so good! If you get the set menu, the starters are refillable also! The sangria was lush and so was the house wine ☺️ As a big steak fan I’m a big fan of this place and will be coming back often… the staff were also so lovely and very attentive haven’t been to a place this great in a while!!!”

  “Delicious steakhouse - The special on the menu was great; free refills on coke, chorizo and bread starter was amazing then you got a hot stone delivered to the table and as much as you can eat steak delivered whenever you got low they would ask if you wanted more. Fantastic experience and nice to be able to cook to your own liking. Decent price for what you got highly recommend.”

  “First time going first date and we didn’t get the steak what we asked for . We both asked for our steaks to be medium but when we cut into it it was very bloody and the steak and chips were cold . The booth we was in didn’t seem clean either ! Not impressed for the price we paid .”

  “We came on a busy Saturday night and it was our first ever visit. We had sirloin on the stone and my partner had the fillet. The quality of meat was excellent and we could not believe the price was as reasonable as it was! Absolutely coming back and next time we will be trying the bottomless sangria (whilst you eat) x shout out to all members of staff that were on 8th August shift - you were understaffed but you all did a stellar job xx”

  “My favourite restaurant in Norfolk! I’ve been a customer of Cheers for the past 9 years, and I’ve never been disappointed. I always used to visit the Thetford branch, and now it’s even better because they’ve opened one in Norwich. The food is always excellent, the service is outstanding, and all the staff are friendly, polite, and welcoming. You always feel well looked after from the moment you arrive. I 100% recommend Cheers to anyone looking for great food and fantastic service. I’ll definitely keep coming back!”

  “Was recommended to try this restaurant and thought it a good place to take our grandson for his birthday treat. Sadly, it was not a good experience. We were met with a very smoky atmosphere from the kitchen from the cooking of the steaks. The starter of tomato/mozzarella was tasteless. There were no condiments on the table, the service was extremely slow and the waiting staff were poor by forgetting to deliver ordered drinks. The menu was strange, the fillet steaks were in fact steak medallions. Two steaks had to be returned as they were overcooked. The sides of potato and vegetables quite strange. There were two highlights though - the gin and tonic and the peppercorn sauce. The steaks are overpriced and the 50 minute delay in serving was unacceptable. We came out smelling of cooking so we will not be back. A most disappointing experience and will now need to find an alternative venue for the birthday treat as this one failed miserably.”
