  “We enjoyed our first visit to Wingstop. Made special by the service we received from Sushant. His friendliness, recommendations and time he took with us while we ordered were 10/10. We enjoyed being served by him thoroughly and he really was precise going through our order and repeated it as he put it out on our table too. His colleague was lovely too because I was cold and he helped with this. We will come back to see them soon!”

  “I visited wingstop for the first time today in Norwich and on a rainy day in June. This was the hilight of my trip. Upon my arrival I was greeted by kind and friendly staff Gabby who asked me about allergies which I really appreciate due to my nut allergy. I was then directed to Jade, who was absolutely incredible, from her great knowledge of the menu to her reassurance that the kitchen staff was aware of my allergies. This made me feel reassured in my meal. My food was really yummy and I thought the portion of the lunch deal was perfect and reasonably priced. My food arrived quickly and Jade bought me all the essential tools for my meal and bought me extra ketchup upon my request. One thing I noticed from the restaurant atmosphere itself was it was kept incredibly clean. No mess on tables and staff frequently wiping down surfaces which created a lovely clean environment. Jade Was incredibly welcoming as a member of staff and seemed very cheerful which was lovely to see on a rainy day. I would reccomend visiting wingstop when you next go to Norwich for a great lunch deal. Jade 10/10 service! Thanks so much ❤️”

  “Amazing experience at Wingstop Norwich. The customer service was absolutely perfect from start to finish, and Manager Will was outstanding — easily one of the best managers in the city. He made everything feel welcoming, smooth, and professional. The food was excellent, fresh, hot, and full of flavour. Everything came out exactly right and you can tell the team really cares about quality. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. One of the best food experiences in Norwich.”

  “Well what can I say... Firstly, I held the queue up whilst the attentive staff member took the time to explain what was on offer at Wing-Stop Norwich for this our first visit. On our arrival there was no queue for food, we sent our little man to an empty table to mark our spot (so to speak). We had a huge range of food on offer and with support from the staff our order was placed. Benefiting from Blue Light Discount our feast was on £30+ for the three of us. Including a bottomless drink which we all abused..... Food was piping hot and super 👌 tasty. As I have aged not so well over recent years I like the less fiery flavours, however my wife laughed at my and enjoyed her mouthwatering boneless chicken. Great environment with kicking music, staff walking around cleaning and tending to customers frequently and always on hand should you need assistance. Great work and now you have a new fan base with an alternative for convenience food.”

  “First time at wing stop Had the £15 bucket type deal , it was plenty couldn't eat it all as it was really filling Good tasty chicken 👍🏼 Plenty of choices (almost confusing to order unless your a regular) The parmesan and garlic one was probably the best! Burger looked good would get that next time The boneless wings are more like boneless bites but they're juicy Fries are average Staff friendly and good atmosphere although very busy ( went on a Saturday night ( Not many seats and we got told they closed upstairs even tho people were still going up there”

  “My first time visiting Wingstop – and it won’t be the last! Our experience at the soft launch event was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful (especially Elliot who took our order - shoutout!), and everything was clean and well organised. There is lots of seating indoors (ground floor and upstairs) and outside. Now onto the most important bit – the food! I tried both the boneless and regular wings with fries and a bottomless drink. The flavour coatings on the chicken were absolutely delicious and full of flavour, and the fries were nice and crispy. The food arrived quickly too. The drink selection is vast and self-serve from funky machines – a nice touch! I’d also say the meal was pretty fairly priced which makes it a great option for lunch or snack when you’re on a budget.”

  “This place is actually really nice! There are so many chicken flavours to choose from. The staff I got served by was really nice and friendly, and I couldn’t ask for anything nicer. I love the food – it was nice and perfect, especially the mango milkshake, which was so nice and refreshing. I definitely going here again if I’m in Norwich again.”
