  “Really disappointing experience at Barratts Snooker. An elderly woman working there was incredibly rude to customers, and her attitude made the whole experience unpleasant. Customer service goes a long way, but unfortunately, the way she spoke to people was completely unacceptable. Nobody should have to deal with that when they're simply trying to enjoy themselves. It really let the place down, and I wouldn't be in a rush to return. Hopefully, management takes this feedback seriously and does something to improve the customer experience and we are regular customers”

  “My recent trip to barratts and the main bar has been all done up including the food menu. They have reduced the portions size still the same price we had loaded chicken fries paid the extra £1 for sweet potato fries it would usually come in a big bowl but now they're in a army tin with handle not the same all the cheese was just in the middle of the tray so not loaded at all used to be a good meal the fries at the top of the tin were burnt very poor for £10 and the quality was just rubbish. staff are very friendly and polite good atmosphere and always something going on love having a game of snooker and spending the whole day here knowing I was getting good food and filled up but now have to eat when I get home saves me money I guess. But I will try ordering pizza or something else to see if that is better. Also the dip is £2 each not sure how big the sauce bowl sachet are as refused to pay £2 for dip or £3 for 2 dips will have to go McDonald's and stock up on dips.”

  “Had a very fun night out here. Enjoyed the themed country and western night. Three live acts. Plenty of people dressed up for the event and got on the floor for line dancing, etc. I will keep an eye out for other such themed events in the future.”

  “Friendly traditional snooker club. Don’t see many snooker halls anymore so great to visit. Friendly staff. Connected public house, so loads of food and drink options with a bit of parking.”
