  “This is the busiest chippy I've ever been in, it's never empty which is a very strong recommendation from the locals. We don't get to go very often but every time we visit the food is excellent. Service is good considering it's queued out the door at all times. This chippy has been here for decades, my wife used to visit it as a child. She recommended it to me and it didn't disappoint all these years later.”

  “Phoned to place an order they picked up and said give me a minute and left the phone down for 10 mins before I hung up. I assume they forgot. I understand working in a busy shop however I think it’s quite unnecessary to answer a customer and to leave them sitting for 10 mins. I had this experience before and wanted to give them another try but yet again I was proved that there’s no point even trying. Very disappointed with the service. Will never be back.”

  “Love this chippy and it’s food. Leave every time with the same feeling and that’s, , that I can’t wait to eat my food but by god staff are so rude. The older ladies especially the one who works at the front of shop, is always so passive aggressive, her tone and attitude sucks unless ur an older member of the community then you get asked nicely what you would like. Also have never ever seen her smile and it really doesn’t take a lot. Younger staff members are friendly and polite and i definitely prefer when I’m served by them”
