  “The lady staff member who served the food on 08.03.26 was very rude and did not know how to deal with customers properly. Her attitude was unprofessional and made the experience unpleasant. Customer service should be polite and respectful, but unfortunately this was not the case during my visit.”

  “Very rude and unprofessional behavior. We walked in to order a takeaway and politely greeted the lady at the counter when she said “Hi.” Instead of assisting us, she bluntly told us that the place was not for us. This was extremely disrespectful and confusing. What makes it even worse is that this is an Indian restaurant and we are Indian ourselves, yet we were treated in such an unwelcoming manner. Basic courtesy and respect towards customers should be expected, but unfortunately that was completely missing here. Very disappointing experience.”

  “We had a takeaway on 08/03/26 in the evening. The behaviour from the reception lady who approached us was very bad and unprofessional. She insulted us by saying " not for you guys" when we said Hii to her and then she approached customers who was standing behind us. The food was also of poor quality . None of the items we ordered tastes like authentic indian food. It is a shame that they were not even able to greet the customers appropriately.”

  “We came to the restaurant on 08/03/2026 for a takeaway and the lady in the reception was very rude to us. As no one there in reception we were waiting for taking order. We heard she said “hi” and we wished back but she said “not for you” and gave table for a British family who came after us. And she never come back to us. Another male staff attended us and he was so polite and good.”

  “We bought some food on 08/05/2026. When we arrived, we were waiting for assistance as no attendant was present. While we were checking the menu for almost 5 minutes, we heard someone say “hi.” When I responded, the lady who came to attend said, “Not for you guys,” and then attended to another native family who had arrived after us and led them to a seat without assisting us. After some time, another staff member came and attended to us. He was very polite and helpful. However, the lady’s behavior felt very racist. After giving it a lot of thought, we decided to mention this in the review—not about the food, but about the customer experience we felt inside the restaurant.”

  “We ordered 3 curries to takeaway. I would not recommend the korma or butter chicken, the curry had no flavour, was intensely sweet and felt lumpy to taste, like desiccated coconut had been added or something. It was a very unusual texture. The third curry was a Saag, this one was enjoyable, but again had a very different texture.”

  “I was actually enjoying my meal very much. I had lamb dansak with rice, garlic nan, my partner had chicken tika masala. When chewing on my food something crunched between my teeth, it was a piece of glass. Needless to say I never finished my meal. See the pictures that I took. I rang the restaurant to advise and they offered me a free meal next time. I'm just thankful that I never swallowed the piece of glass..”
