“Absolutely diabolical, nobody should ever order from this place. I have found a hair in my food and takes an hour and half to get here. Poor management I’ve been inside the past and seen manger screaming at staff, never ever will I order again from here”

“I ordered a Texas BBQ but had no BBQ sauce on, it had no taste to it, they mistakenly put the wrong chicken in to cook so did get some free but they looked undercooked so I didn't risk eating them and the chicken kickers were soggy.”

“Staying away in a caravan site and we wanted to get pizza delivered. As always very reliable, consistent and user friendly app with tracking.”

“I have ordered twice from here and both times the order turned up late, cold and with items missing. Do not order from here if you want decent food and for it to turn up when they say. Also the manger just says ‘we apologise’ on both occasions”

“The wings and pizza were fantastic as usual! We ordered for collection instead of delivery by accident after a few drinks. After realising and contacting dominoes, they delivered the food free of charge! Massive thank you to those guys , above and beyond customer service!”

“Absolutely awful. Ordered online. Only the second time I've ever used domino's. Website said payment not processed please try again, so I did. On doing so the second time got a confirmation on x 2 orders , just a repeat of the first order. So rang the Morecambe store, doesn't even speak English. Doesn't even know what I'm talking about, so had to log into paypal and get the number in northern Ireland. Spent half hour on the phone to some dil do. Said it would be Monday before I get a refund. My reply well that's great but what am I supposed to eat on this Saturday night that you've ruined. NO ANSWER. 1 word . The whole company USELESS. I have to wait till Monday and this is Saturday. I actually the Morecambe store to verbally order my pizza BUT after asking for someone who speaks English I was told sorry pal you can't order on the phone its Internet only. THATS THE PROBLEM nowadays nobody cares. It's all computer says NO. Not surprised everywhere shutting down. It's cheaper to fly to Turkey and holiday for a week than buy a domino's”
