About Pho Milton Keynes
Pho Milton Keynes is a Vietnamese restaurant in Milton Keynes, with dining across its ground and first floors. The menu is built around pho as a main, including a brisket pho and a curry-based soup, and a grilled steak can be chosen as the soup protein. Rice bowls, wok noodles and a spicy rice dish cover the mains beyond soup. Calamari is available as a starter, and jasmine tea is on the drinks list. A QR code on the menu opens pictures of the food, which lets diners see the dishes they are considering. The restaurant is open daily.

Customer Review Summary
Rice bowls draw the most praise, described as delicious and full of flavours, with one reviewer enjoying the spicy rice and another calling a server-recommended bowl a must try. Close behind is the friendly service, with several reviewers saying servers explained the menu and offered knowledgeable guidance. Calamari is called fresh and not rubbery, though slightly oily, and others mention the wok noodles and fresh, fragrant jasmine tea. Pho splits opinion. One diner found the brisket pho full of flavour, and another preferred the curry-based soup but thought the brisket lacking in flavour. A third called the soup tasteless, with herbs far from fresh. That same reviewer describes slow order-taking and drinks, mains arriving before the starter was finished, and a used plate left on the table until it was moved to another table. Another reviewer found flavour lacking on a packed Friday night. A fussy eater followed the server's meat recommendation and was glad of it.

“Really enjoyed the food at Pho today. The brisket pho was full of flavour and the wok noodles were delicious too. Service was very good and the staff were friendly throughout. Bella was especially amazing, very welcoming, attentive, and made the experience even better. As an Asian, I approve the food 😁 Pho is definitely our favourite Asian restaurant in the UK. Will definitely come back!”

“We visited Pho for the first time a few days ago and had a really positive experience overall. To start, we had the calamari, which I definitely recommend — very fresh, tasty, and not rubbery at all, although slightly on the oily side. For the main course, both my husband and I had soup. The curry-based one was definitely more flavorful and aromatic. We chose the beef brisket option , but I wouldn’t necessarily say it’s the best choice, as the brisket itself is a bit lacking in flavor. I think the grilled steak option might be a better choice, and we’ll probably try that next time. Overall, it was a pleasant experience — generous portions and very friendly staff.”
