“Food was good to be fair……but 2 large chilli spilt all over bag like David Beckham had booted it about for 90 minutes, when arrangements for replacement agreed this wasn’t received within the time frame I was told, probably never coming as the man who answered phone sounded like he was having a bad day and was more than happy no to resolve the issue, food then obviously freezing which the fake away was not bothered about, would highly discourage using this fake away establishment, use mystic bytes instead”

“How is it even open, customer service is disgusting. Cancelled the order and had the phone put down. Phoned three times to ensure it was cancelled. Told three days for money to be put back in. Let's see”

“Food came prompt, ordered a full chicken parmo pepperoni and large garlic. Food came fairly quick around half hour later but god was it absolutely awful gutted as well as this is our go too!! The chips were burnt scraps awful! But the Parmo wow the chicken was warm not hot the cheese melted in most places and the rest not the Béchamel sauce was clumpy in places where it just hadn’t been in long enough a total waste of money and uneatable food.. tried to phone a couple of times to phone not answered will avoid.”

“Love the food from this place however, been told once I ordered far to early for delivery and now just been told I can't ask for specific delivery time?? Looks like I'll have to find another takeaway who can meet my needs as a customer.”

“Always great food, the tomato garlic bread is scrumptious. My husband likes the parmos too. Delivery’s always arrive in time (and hot), collections are always ready on time too, & staff are always polite.”

“I would give its less than a star I could. Not sure what has happened to this place, but if you want Diarrhea for a week get the Chicken Kebab. I laughed at my father when he said dont go there I was really poorly after my last visit. Safe to say I wont do that again.”

“Food ok when arrives but last few times took over two hours to deliver. No mention of this when ordering and even delivery driver apologetic saying too many orders taken. Not bothered about customers just wanting money. Wont order from here again as happened numerous times now and dont answer when called.”

“If I could give you 0 stars I would I am appalled at the customer service Iv experience tonight I ordered food for the kids over 2 hours ago and still no sign even though I was told it would be within the hour. I have also tried ringing multiple times to ask about my order to which Iv been met by an ‘engaged’ tone or sat with the phone ringing for over 5 minuted at a time with no one answering it. Utterly dissapointed with the service and won’t be using your service again.”
